  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup capsicum
  • 1/4 cup rye
  • 1/2 tbsp kalonji
  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  • 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1/4 cup mustard oil
  • salt to taste

  1. First of all cut carrot and capsicum into desired size.
